Utah DOT Pilot/Escort Flagger Certification is accepted in every state that requires Pilot/Escort Certification, with the exceptions of New York and Kansas.

Your UDOT Pilot/Escort Certification card is valid for a term of 4 years. You may obtain an additional 4 year certification by completing the re-certification program.

 

Colorado DOT Pilot/Escort Flagger Certification is accepted in every state that requires Pilot/Escort Certification, with the exceptions of New York, Kansas and North Carolina

 

RSA Network offers a service to get the MVR for you, If you would like RSA Network to obtain this record please fill out the MVR Release Form. You can download these forms below. Please select the MVR submittal depending on the State course that you will be attending, either Utah or Colorado.

 What are the requirements to become certified?

1 – Must be 18 years of age

2 – Valid Driver’s License

3 – Submit registration for class

4 – Original MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) for past 3 years

The applicable course fee noted below is dependent on the date that RSA Network physically receives the completed registration form and not the postmarked date. Registrations received less than 10 days prior to course are assessed an additional fee of $37.00.
