Virginia - Honoring all States Certification, however, Utah, Colorado nor Florida accepts the Virginia certification at this time.
New York - No agreement in place at this time with any other State. Discussions concerning reciprocity continue.

Arizona - Effective Jan 1, 2010 - Flagging Certification Documentation Required.
Florida - Defensive Driving Certification credential must be in the possession of the Pilot/Escort Driver, or, hold a valid CDL (3) 36" Cones required. Effective date unknown at this time.

April 2010 - Any change to a UDOT permit will now require that a new permit must be obtained from the Permit Office or Port of Entry. Handwritten changes/notations are no longer acceptable
