On July 16, 2005, the Utah Department of Transportation released the new requirements for the Utah Pilot/Escort Driver Certification Program.
If you hold a Utah DOT Pilot/Escort Driver Certification issued prior to July 1, 2005, Re-Certification through the mail is not available, see UDOT Rule R912-9. This is due to new training requirements.
R912-9 was amended on July 24, 2007 - see information below or at www.utahmc.com
